Questions
When will the butterflies arrive?
We ship overnight so they arrive the day before your event. Keep them cool and out of direct sun until release.
Envelopes or box?
Envelopes let every guest release a butterfly. A box creates one dramatic moment for the couple or family.
What temperature do they need to fly?
Butterflies fly best above 60°F. In cooler weather, warm them gently in your hands before release.
What if they don't arrive alive?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
